Our processes are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This is how we ensure that quality at Lichtgitter is not left to chance – but is the result of living standards.
Our plants in Stadtlohn, Sulz and Heek are recognized welding specialists in accordance with DIN EN 1090. We also meet the requirements of the special hot-dip galvanizing corrosion protection process in accordance with DIN EN 1090.
Lichtgitter manufactures in accordance with the quality guidelines of the RAL-Gütegemeinschaft Gratings e.V. and bears the RAL-GZ 638 quality mark.
This mark stands for tested material quality, dimensional accuracy and high manufacturing standards. Through regular internal and external inspections, we ensure that our Gratings permanently meet the demanding requirements of this quality assurance.
We not only ensure our high quality standards through certified processes and continuous testing – we also help to shape the standards ourselves.
As an active member of the Industrieverband Gratings e.V., we contribute our experience and technical expertise to the further development of standards and guidelines.
Lichtgitter is the first company in the world to receive general type approval (abZ) for GRP gratings.
As a result, the previously required approval in individual cases is no longer necessary.
Lichtgitter thus guarantees you consistent and monitored quality.
Our Lichtgitter GRP gratings have EBA (German Federal Railway Authority) approval and are certified in accordance with DBS 918 010. This means that we are authorized to deliver to Deutsche Bahn.
Including external monitoring certificate and Ü mark! This is because EBA approval is only fully valid with certified external monitoring in accordance with the specifications of the German Federal Railway Authority (EBA) and the associated conformity mark.
