Forge-welded gratings consist of twisted or round cross bars that are pressed into the bearing bars under high pressure in a single operation and welded using the resistance welding process.
They are mainly used in industrial applications and are particularly suitable for stages, platforms and walkways of all kinds.

Our forge-welded gratings have a standard width of 1,000 mm and are prefabricated in bearing bar lengths of 3,050 mm, 6,100 mm or 12,200 mm as so-called “panels”. These panels can be processed individually and customized to exact dimensions. In addition to high-quality custom-made products, Lichtgitter also offers an extensive range of industrial gratings, steps and mats in stock.
