The perforated metal planks are manufactured in just a few production steps. The desired surface profiles are punched and cut to length using modern presses and tools. A CNC-controlled roll former rolls the punched sheets into the characteristic C-profile shape with the desired height and width. Any necessary cut-outs are made according to customer specifications.
There are many possible applications for perforated metal planks. Perforated metal planks are used as aerials, ramps, facades, grandstands and much more. They are also used as walkways and supply routes as well as large protective mats for work areas underneath conveyor systems.
