The best ideas are often the ones that are close at hand. It is therefore logical that a company that has been dealing with rolled steel, slit strips and profiled strips in the production of gratings for decades should also offer corresponding semi-finished products to other companies.
The conditions for this could hardly be better. We store up to 10,000 tons of primary material in heated halls. Approximately 100,000 tons of steel are processed annually.
Thanks to our high-quality slitting line, it is possible to process a wide variety of widths, surfaces and grades. We continuously ensure that our warehouse is equipped with a wide range of dimensions so that we can respond quickly and flexibly to your wishes. Of course, we are also happy to carry out contract splitting for you according to your specifications.

In the area of surface treatment, especially galvanizing, you will certainly benefit from our in-house galvanizing plant in terms of quality, speed and competence.
Our machine equipment also includes a rolling mill for cold rolling wire rod, which enables us to react quickly to different customer requirements. For example, wire rod with a diameter of between 6.5 and 8 mm is particularly suitable for producing flat wire with rounded edges of 9 x 1.5 mm to 10 x 2.0 mm. We produce flat wire rod in smooth and also serrated versions.

Our laboratory can determine the mechanical and chemical properties of the materials for you on request. This includes the tensile test in accordance with DIN EN 10002
